Анотація: 23 sections of the book are devoted to the holidays of the calendar year of the Ukrainian people - from Christmas Eve to St. Andrew's Day. Each section contains an ethnographic sketch and detailed recipes of traditional dishes of national cuisine (total about 300). The reader will get acquainted with the customs that our ancestors adhered to at the festive table. Every housewife will have the opportunity to diversify their family menu delicious soup, sausages, dumplings and a variety of other delicious dishes, recipes are carefully compiled by the author in different regions of Ukraine.
